Has anyone else noticed how incredibly poor the customer service is with King?

They say that they are testing events (Treasure Mill) and that the design studio is "looking into things" but nothing ever changes and there are minimal responses to questions on this site and none at all if you email them.  It seems to me that they finally reached their target number of people playing and are now trying to bleed us dry buying gold bars.  Anyone else?
