Hello - windows 7 pc running chrome - chrome changed their flash player options 'in preparation' for support for html5
Farm Heroes and Candy Crush now need to have flash enabled EACH time you open a new browser and want to play either of these 2 games.
Is King.com going to go to html5 players so chrome can work seamlessly or are we stuck in limbo here?
thanks
PS: why don't you have dates and times in your Question FAQ? and why is tech support so vague in the answers I have found regarding flash player, chrome, html5 and WHEN you are going to support html5 since one of your answers from a Year ago 2017 said you are 'transitioning'? Again - found FAQ with no date and no follow up. Can't even tell if it's a king.com tech support rep replying or who. Have some nuggets - get some tech support folks that can run with the ball. Find engineers you're not afraid of so we can get some real support.
Hi SFR53,
King has already changed over to HTML5 over a year ago. You can read about that here: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/is-your-browser-ready-for-html5
Also there is a problem with the Chrome browser at the moment and you can read more about it here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/laoding-issue Can you play the game on Opera or Edge? There is also a problem with Firefox.
