Have lost all my levels in Farm Heroes Saga and the links HERE you suggest do not work

When I chose to connect to Facebook last week it immediately reverted me back to Level 1 and I cannot restore back to my current level. So all history lost. Your advice to go to HERE for an article or HERE for contact help do not work.

Please follow the steps on this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back.  If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Click on it and complete the contact form.  They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.

Hi @Gabrielle_Rigby the site has been changed over as I am sure you have noticed and as Elsa has found out since, we have had gremlins breaking links.
