Facebook Account Change

Hi,

My facebook account has been frozen by Facebook for no apparent reason. I can still play Candy Crush however I cannot save my progress. Is it possible to change my facebook account without affecting my progress and boosters?

Also if I change my phone will my stock of boosters remain or disappear? I am currently on level 3816.

    Hi @BB8 welcome to the community. Boosters cannot be synced across accounts, but if you have issues with your current Facebook account and want to transfer progress, have a look at this article :)

    Hi,

    Many thanks for your reply. My problem is I am not using facebook app. I used to login directly in the candy crush app and used my facebook account. Now since I am unable to logi into that account, I am wondering how to save my progress. Is these a way to change the facebook account linked to my game?

    Hi @BB8 yes, if you follow the link it will tell you how to contact the team and they can help you directly. Do you have a new account? If you don't, it would be a good idea to make one then you will be ready for them to transfer progress :)

    Hi,

    I tried looking for a link to contact the tech team but couldn't find one. I already have a different facebook account but I haven't tried logging into the game with it as I fear I will lose all the progress. Can you please help me in connecting with the tech team?

    Sorry @BB8 the team are busy migrating links across from the old site which is now closed, and clearly some of those links haven't been fully migrated yet. A headache I am sure and for one I am glad I am not in charge of haha. I will report the link as not redirecting properly, and find you a contact one :)

    @BB8 this is the only contact address I can find at this time. I know we have a specialised department so you can either hang on to this link until one of the community managers are around tomorrow when I can try and get you the correct one...or email them from it now. If you're not desperate, I would wait until I get confirmation as its usually quicker directly :)

    @BB8 checked with one of the community managers, use that contact but in the options you need to select problems with my game, game didn't save. They should then be able to help :)
