I want to send gold bars and other boosters from one account to another

Welcome to the community @anthonette. Unfortunately at this time its not possible to do this. Gold bars stay on the account you buy them on and boosters stay on the device that you either bought or won them on. If they are on mobile devices, its to enable you to use them even if you are not online.
You can of course use the same account on multiple devices meaning at least your gold bars will be available on any device
