NOT Receiving Lives and/or Magic Beans on Farm Heroes on Mobile Phone AND Laptop
Hello!
I have been having issue with BOTH Lives & Magic Beans... On my mobile phone, I am not receiving Lives at all & receiving Magic Beans from very few friends (a max no: of 5).
On my PC, there are no Lives at all, but have been receiving Magic Beans & 2 extra moves. On both platforms, I am getting requests from some of the friends to send lives. I have been sending & I know they are regular players. So, when they accept those lives, I must receive 100 Magic Beans, but I am not!!!.

I am very sorry for sounding harsh and to say that "it does not make any sense". Because, this issue has started recently. If I have to give a specific time period-- then probably from past 2 to 3 months... when we got the message from KING saying "We changed our Terms & Conditions", Accept & play.
Until that "Change", from past 5 years, I have been receiving Lives AND Magic Beans from many of my friends whether I am online OR offline. So, the main point from that CM team post does not pertain here. I am sure that all of the KING games work almost the same with regards to lives. How come this "Lives" issue is not there in other games?
** I am good with all the Updates on my Mobile phone, have enough free space, etc., etc., clauses which must apply for these Game Apps to work properly. So, that is not the issue either!
Am looking forward for any useful information.

Hi @Pummy_Raj are you connecting through Facebook? I think that's the only part you didn't mention, thank you for all the info
The reason I ask that is because for quite a while now (basically since they got caught out selling information) Facebook have become quite diligent about security. Not to our benefit though. It just seems to mess about with the tokens that allow connection for friends lists etc. Everytime they change something, it messes up with the developers (not just King) settings. Meaning for quite a while, some lives and requests have come through, but the majority are sitting somewhere in the middle of cyber space. The team are aware of it, but unfortunately, its not down to them to fix it solely, so its taking longer than they would wish. I understand its frustrating.
At the same time it does work slightly different on pc than it does on mobile because pc cannot save them like mobile can. So they either come through as lives if you have 0, send requests and refresh the game...or beans if your lives are full.1 -

Very Sorry for my delayed reply. After reading your post, on my mobile, I disconnected and checked how I am connecting into the game :-D I kept it log-in always, hence, I do not remember (embarrassed).
I have noticed that, till this morning I was logged in thru "Facebook". So, I just logged in thru KING Account & to my surprise, there are 140 requests from my friends
Have not gone through them yet. But, wanted to inform you & give you the answer. Hence, writing back to you.
So, now the issue on the Mobile is solved (hoping -- fingers crossed), how do I solve the issue with regards to "Lives" on my Laptop?

Hi @Pummy_Raj, thank you for getting back to me...don't worry about the forgetting how you log in. I always assume I am logged in, but you know what? I never actually check haha. Its good that you have the requests on mobile, but as regards the pc, the only other option you can try is to play through the King site. I assume as your levels are correct when you're not logged into Facebook that the two accounts are merged, so once you log into that site on your browser, it should carry on as normal. Hopefully you will get some more lives that way. If you run out, you could always try the Facebook site again.
Sometimes it helps to remove the app from FB, clear your cookies/cache in your browser, restart your laptop and then add it back to FB. It will once again ask for permissions to send to your friends and if there was a browser blockage, that should clear it. As its through Facebook you won't lose progress 1 -
