Missing beans in farm heros

this is the second time this has happened. The first time more than 40000 beans just disappeared. This time it was more than 5000. I did not use them so where are they? Is there some reason they just go?

Hi @mubels and welcome to the community. 
Are you playing on a device because the new update means we need to be logged in now to make sure that we don't lose progress and beans etc. Have you made sure you are logged into either the kingdom or Facebook?
