I'm not sure which email I used when I first signed up but I have made many many requests to support to fix my issues, to no avail? And I have no profile tab in my game to find out? Can someone ease help me?
Hi @hopefulgal maybe you should start a brand new account and then complete the contact form. Once you write them, they can go into your new account and manually add your progress back.

I do not know where I'm playing it but it is connected to Facebook. And as I said previously I don't even know the email I used when I began playing it was years ago and I have many due to being locked of my Facebook account for a year so I had to start a new one with new email address?
