My game froze and deleted my progress. Can it be restored?

Can I just double check, you lose progress, was it just the one level? Is everything else as it should be?
If it was the one level that you just played and its re set you back to the level before, unfortunately you will have to replay it. If you lose more than that, check you are logged in and if its still not showing, have a look at this link and contact the team.

Hopefully its just the one level, which is maddening I know, it happens to us all grrrr.
