Crashes every time on Kindle Fire 5th gen.

Been playing for over a year. Never had a problem. Now it will not let me play at all. Everytime I attempt to open app it loads sometimes fully sometimes partially and crashes. I’ve done ALL the suggested troubleshoots. I’ve called & talked to Amazon. Why won’t it work??? I have gotten several pop ups about AppStore not installed correctly or AppStore .... I have updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, forced stop, deleted data - no matter what I do. I can’t play.

Your Kindle should be fully compatible with Farm Heroes so it could be an issue with your installed operating system.

I suggest you start with getting the Appstore working correct as this will also make it possible to install Farm Heroes Saga correctly.

There are some instances where you will benefit from doing a complete reset of your device. This is called a factory reset and will bring your Kindle back to original settings. However it is important that you first do a complete backup of all your personal files like photos, music, documents and app settings. This also goes for Farm Heroes Saga. If you have the game connected to Facebook then all your levels, highscores and gold bars will be backed up online (however, your boosters are stored online and will miss after a re-install)
If you have tried all the previous trouble shooting steps then it might be worth considering the factory reset, re-install your apps and you should now have a fully working version of the game.
