Welcome to the community @paynee! can you try connecting with a mobile connection if using WiFi, see if that changes anything? Or WiFi if using mobile connection. Also can you check for updates...if that doesn’t help, have you saved your progress via the kingdom or Facebook? Have you any saved boosters? If yes to the save and no to boosters, try reinstalling it and that should clear it. It’s more likely a device issue as the game is stable as far as I know right now. I do know sometimes though if the signal is not so great, old data doesn’t get refreshed and it shows no connection.
