Hi @Miss_C welcome to the community.
Currently there is a Facebook connection issue which isn't King's fault but is impacting games greatly. Basically Facebook is refusing connection to the game which is why its having issues.
Is your game synced with the Kingdom? If so, try logging into the Kingdom instead for now
