I beat level 1189 then "reload" error
I've spent quite a while trying to pass level 1189 and finally did it today! Just as I gathered all the remaining objects, an error message popped up "An Error has Occurred. Please Reload." I did reload and I was still at level 1189.

Hiya, I am so sorry this happened. Sometimes its not the games fault but can be something as stupid as a brief loss in the connection to the server for whatever reason. I can say there isn't a player this hasn't happened to and I know it is really frustrating.
I would look at this happening as you have completed it once so you know you can do it and you will do it again soon
