Using Iphone App. unable to collect 'Choo Choo Challenge Prizes'

When receiving a Choo Choo Challenge Prize, the 'continue' button is unresponsive.  Only the 'x' at the top right works.   This happens every time, not just an odd occasion.

Hi @CorinneP welcome to the community.
There is a known issue where the continue button isn't working, but don't worry, you are still getting the rewards. They just are not showing on that screen

Hello @Chicken_Slayer, hope you had a great weekend

I have a Question about "Choo Choo Challenge" as well as "Chicken Coop" but little different than the main Question.... 
In the "Notifications", it is shown about these challenges BUT when I go into the game, the "Special Events" are showing "Coming Soon". 

I tried to take a screenshot but, I could not because as soon as I clicked on it, the notification went away and I have not seen it again!!  Any thoughts please?

Oh! This happened on my Android Phone and there were no New Notifications on iPad though!!  I am all set with the "Updates" as I checked for "Automatic Updates" on both devices!!.

Have you saved boosters? Have you tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling? Sometimes I get notifications on my phone that I have events in BW3 yet when I go into them, nothing there  
Using android, go to the game cache, play store cache and finally system cache and clear all those and try reloading the game again before uninstalling

I am sorry, I know we are discussing completely different topic, but it could be useful to other players, if they too have this glitch!!
I had to do complete "Factory Reset" on my phone last Sunday -- 24th of Feb (hope you remember that I was telling you there is issue with FHS).  So, everything is good with the Apps on phone and installed very few games as I will have more memory space.

Only today, I saw that notification "Chickens are needed to be rescued" or something like that & when I went in, nothing!!  Probably, it is a "Coming Soon" notice   I will try to clear all those cache and check it out.  I was not aware about these cache of "Play Store" & "Game Cache".... I used to go to "Settings" and simply click "Clear the Cached Data" which would be few MB.  

I will definitely try it and if that did not help, I will simply wait!!  Finally, I have received the special Quests in Candy Crush Game.  Funny thing is, I can see them on iPad and Game-Room on PC.  But, not available on Chrome tabs or Edge Windows and also on Android Phone    When I saw this, I remembered what you said to somebody recently in a post that "you, yourself do not have the special events in different devices" -- same thing is happening to me too   Funny & weird at the same time!!

Thank you for taking time and explaining how I can try to get the special event.  I will try & let you know
