Didnt receive my rewards

About 5 days ago I sent an email about this and was referred to this site. I was on level 497 and didn't receive my rewards. I clicked CV k on the continue button and it would not allow me the recieve the rewards. I had to close out completely to continue for each level up to 501.

Is there any way to get my rewards?

Hi @monnickorrinr and welcome to the community I’m sorry you had this issue, it is known about by the studio however it’s only the moving on automatically that is broken, the studio assured us you still get the rewards. It just doesn’t tell you
