Few Questions for our clarification ---
(1) Is it the issue with logging into your King game App through Facebook account OR Kingdom account? If it is Facebook account, please follow the link that was provided my friend @mysticalmysty
(2) If it is the issue with King account (Kingdom / king.com, etc.,), please answer below points
a) what device are you using -- PC or Mobile device? If Mobile device, which one?
b) What is happening when you are trying to log-in?
c) Hope your Internet connection is fine AND you are typing in the correct password!!
d) Can you please provide a screenshot of that error message?

Hola comunidad. Quisiera que me ayuden. Despues de pagar la factura del telefono celular, volvio internet pero mi juego no al celular. Me dice que tengo que actualizar Flash Player. Lo hago, se carga el juego pero no se abre. Que puedo hacer? En la PC tarda un poco pero se abre, pero me explica como jugar; o sea empieza del primer nivel. Yo estaba en nivel alto, mas de 1000. Recien ahora que tengo este problema abri la cuenta en esta pagina.

Thank you very much for coming back and posting in English Would you mind me asking you few questions to better understanding?
1) Are you getting the message of "Update Flash Player" on your cell phone? If so, did you try Updating it?
2) On you PC game, are you able to scroll to level 1000 and open your current level or is it not letting you? Can you the level numbers & stars till level # 1000?
Can you please provide a picture of that? Take a picture with your cell phone and post it here.
