Hi @Felicia_Tay   When thing like this happened try couple steps ; 1. Make sure you have at least 2 GB memory ( you can make a space by deleting some of your apps or transferring some pictures ) 2. Disconnect your game from Facebook or King account ( however you usually log in ) 3. Force close the game, restart your device and reconnect your WiFi  4. Check your update on the game and device 5. Log back in  ~ and see if it work 😊

I’ve stayed faithful to farm heroes for years, one main reason being all the freq special event “mini games” that show up freq. Now they are gone and have been for wks! Only one I keep getting is harvest rush (which I think is pointless anyway.) The bonus games gives me something to do when I’m stuck on a hard level and become bored with it. I have updated, reinstalled ect (as doing this has helped in the past) but still nothing there! If those are no longer going to be available, I would like to know so I can uninstall and quit wasting my time waiting. 
Ps...please do NOT respond with the statement “special events are only given to certain groups of people....” blah blah...I KNOW this, and from wat I’ve been reading NO ONE has them, and seems like timeline is the same for all of us too (approx 1 month.) So apparently it’s something going on with game...please fix!

My events also play for a short time then disappear. Sometimes they don’t return for weeks. This is also happening on my friends games as well. What is the problem with the events? Will it be corrected soon. Has been an issue since last year.

Hi guys,

The game studio can´t reproduce the event issue as it seems to be either periodically or based on external factors such as connectivity issues or possibly a software conflict.

If you guys could tell me the following:

• Which mobile device are you using as well as OS version? For instance Samsung Galaxy 9 w/ Android Oreo
• Have you had any connectivity issues? For instance the game wont show the correct amount of beans
• Have you recently done any updates on your mobile device? For instance OS or game update
• Which version of the game do you have installed?
