20 thousand beans disappeared?

hello,
i have played the game for quite some time now and had collected over 20 thousand beans. However, I opened the game the other night and my bean count showed as zero! I have disconnected from Facebook, restarted my iPad and connected back to Facebook but still no beans. If anybody could please help me out or look into this for me that would be hugely appreciated.

Don't worry - I've had a look at your account and your beans are safely deposited there. Please try another reboot and the next time you start the game the beans should be there
