iPads won’t connect to Facebook or login

Hi,

ive been playing this games on 2 iPads, one being an iPad Air for sometimes, as if 2 days ago when I try and press play it just freezes and says it’s not connected to the internet. My other iPad isn’t connected to internet through the app either apparently bit works just fine. I didn’t save my progress and am now on level 606 so can’t uninstall to reinstall the app as will lose everything. I try and connect to Facebook but it just says disconnected. I’ve tried everything I can think of from clearing cache, login onto FB through the safari browser, removing the app on there, updating in the App Store. I’ve tried turning both devices off for 10 seconds. I can’t think of anything else I can do. Please help!

I had this issue few months ago on my Android phone and only fix was to delete the App and reinstall.  You are saying the issue is on the iPad on which you have logged in through "Facebook".  Then, there should not be any issue to reinstall the App.  Because, the iPad on which you have not saved the game or logged in through any accounts, is working fine, correct!  

So, it should be OK as one App should not affect another as these are different devices.  And, per my experience, you will not be able to play the game (the device you are having issue) till you connect to the Internet which will not happen for some odd reason -- even-though all the other Apps that run on internet are working fine!!

And just in case if you loose your level progress on the App you connected to Facebook, the King Team has provided some help articles for us to get the level progress back

Would you mind if I suggest something... Log into Facebook on your PC and open your game.  Now, in another tab go to https://king.com/games and Sign-up OR follow this link for your mobile device to create a King account as well as to sync between Facebook and Kingdom account and see if it helps to get back into the game...

By following the above procedure, our levels and progress stay intact when we have to "reinstall" the game App for any reason!!

I will tag the Farm Heroes Community Manager @MarkHawk to shed more light for this issue as I am not aware about playing off-line as well as without logging!
