My sister recently used a stolen credit card on my account and now i can not use my account at all...is there a way to dekete the information and activity associated with it?

For this issue you'll have to get in contact with the payment gateway provider. For instance Google Play if you are using Android, iTunes if you are on iOS or Facebook help center if you were playing there.
