I have the game on an old phone and yesterday when I opened it, it started at level 1. Not that pleased as I was on level over 1300. Can't remember if the game was ever saved anywhere. Is it retreivable ?.

@tillythecat It's easier to get progress back if you were connected to Facebook or King. I will post the link below so you can check it out, follow the steps and see if you can manage to get your progress back.

If your game wasn't connected to Facebook or King account, you will have to fill in the support form here

Please be sure to select "Problems with my game" and then "Game didn't save". Once you fill in the form you will get an automated email message which you need to reply to in order for the support team to reach you. If you do not answer it they won't reach you.
