Level stops responding to touch-screen

iPhone OS v7.1.2, with strong WiFi signal only, I picked the next new level on my track (428), picked a companion, and started the level. After playing a while I couldn't swap any cropsies, I couldn't click the "i" by the companion, or select any tools at the bottom, or use the menu. I slid up my iPhone utility panel over the game and then back down, I slid down my iOS info frame and back up. It still didn't respond. I started Facebook Messenger and it worked fine. I didn't have any other app running at the time. Later, after charging my phone to 100%, I played 429 and it did the same thing but right at the first move. When I changed to the Settings..About to see the iOS version and went back tot the game, it restarted with the orange King splash screen. This is especially frustrating because I keep losing the Bonnie Booster Trail!

@rogerkock posted a Discussion issue named "Bonnie" at 4:12PM today in Dutch and the moderator closed it but I used Google Translate which said he is experiencing something similar to what I am: 
"If I win a level then the next one is bonnie I can't do anything game stops responding to count and tablet is in level 558 who knows something about"

I suggest that any recent update that caused this be rolled back to the prior version until it is fixed.

After winning a level the next one cannot be played, no reaction when touching the icons. Only after rebooting i can play. But that gets annoying after every level...

I have the same problem, when I level up - screen stops reacting!

I am going to tag our community moderator @MarkHawk but can you let us know if you are using android or iOS  as that will be helpful if the studio need it
