@dwb he will as soon as he hears, don't worry, I might have been hounding him a little too so he doesn't have a chance of forgetting. King are doing company stuffs though over the rest of the week, so the forum will be a little quieter with the CM out, but also means fixes etc won't happen before next week when everyone is back in their office.

It seems this problem was fixed some time ago. I'm not sure when, but I waited out on the game trail for a couple Bonnie cycles. I tried it this time and it kept my progress. Some more fun again.
I can confirm that this issue did get fixed in the end of May so everybody needs to make sure they have the latest game app version installed.
I'm truly sorry we haven't updated this thread before with this information but hope you all have set up automatic update and have not missed out on the fix.
