Harvest Rush: multiple accounts or coincidence?

For the Harvest Rush where top 3 get prizes for gathering specific crops, there is a top player with name "king345678923" (i am making up numbers after the king name since I cannot remember them). The second top is "king324354677" . Third top "king456734567" etc, etc. Think there are 7 or 8 . 
Are these names from the game itself? Even though other names like Cris and Jane and my own are there? Or is this one person with multiple accounts? It just seems weird when they are all near or at the top.

Players who play with a King account and don't choose any nickname when they create the account will get the name "king" followed by a ten or eleven digit number.

Also players that haven't connected the game to Facebook or a King account and therefore are missing a nickname does also have these "king1234567890" nicknames.

So these players are real players and no robots, they just have not chosen any nickname or connected their games to a King account.
