Game Froze Twice

Twice today the game froze on me, once when I had beat the level 333 and had bonus matches. I even used 9 gold bars to win. Please either restore my gold bars, or advance me the level. ID: 1834357120 thank you!

    I need to give you a link as regards the purchasing of gold bars, in that link you will find a contact point where you can email the team directly and they will look into that for you.

    As regards your level freezing, could you please let me know which device you are playing on and the OS and I will get you the troubleshooting. I haven't heard of any problems with that level which likely means its something on your device that can be easily sorted. However if the troubleshooting doesn't work, we can then report it back :)
