I finish in the top 3 in Harvest Rush and I'm not getting my prize.  A message pops up saying "Oops...looks like you lost internet..." but I'm connected to the internet.  This happens a lot!

    Hello @John_Hanna, Hearty Welcome to the Farm Heroes section of our friendly King Community :) 

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Are you seeing this "Oops.... " message only after finishing the Harvest Rush event OR is it the same with each event? 

    What device are you using to play the game?  Did you try any Basic troubleshooting steps  to clear the issue --> Force close the App, turn off the device and turning  it on? 

    Can you please provide your game user ID number?  This link will help you to look for it

    I'm playing on an Android phone.  It happens after each event.  User ID 1054748231. I have not tried restarting the app.

    I will inform the Community Manager about it and let's see what they say about it :+1: 

    If there is nothing they can do about it because of the "Internet Connection" issue, you might have to delete and reinstall the game App!  Because in my personal experience, deleting the App is only the remedy for this issue!!

    But, let's wait and see what our game In-charge @QueenB says and then, let's go from there!  

    NOTE:  A heads-up!  If you decide to go with the re-installation, you will be loosing all the saved up boosters from the game!!  And they will not be reimbursed unless they are purchased with real money!!

    Lets try clearing the Google Play Store cache and see if that helps before reinstalling the game app so you don't have to lose your boosters and messages.

    Go to the Settings app and tap Apps. Tap the Google Play Store app listed here and long press on 'Storage'. When you release the 'Storage' section, a new screen will appear showing you the 'Clear Cache' and 'Clear Data' buttons for the Google Play Store app.
