Boosters? Why am I not getting the boosters from completing levels?

Why when I pass a level with the present I don’t receive the boosters??! In any event or regular levels??!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  By any chance, are you talking about / having this issue with "Choo Choo Challenge"?  Because, that is the only event we receive booster gifts after completing the levels!!  

Can you please post a screenshot of what you see after you pass a level? 

You said you are receiving boosters "in any event or regular levels" -- what do you mean by that?
