No videos or side games :(

 I’ve been playing farm heroes for about six years and my husband has only been playing for one year. But after the latest update he gets all these prizes and bonuses that I do not get. It’s like I have an older version or something. We have been on the same level and he gets advantages that I don’t get. All he has to do is watch a video for three more moves. And his side games are always available to play for him but mine says still to come. Shouldn’t loyal customers or long time customers get the same bonuses as new customers? How do I get the bonuses like him?

Special events and extra features are available only during specific time frames and only for randomly chosen groups of players and devices from time to time.

If you do not see this special event in your game at the moment then rest assured it'll be coming your way soon in the future!

We'd like to reassure you that sometimes you'll have features which other players do not, so we try to make sure you won't miss out on the fun.

I'd love to be able to manually add this feature to your game, but I'm afraid we have no control over how these groups are selected or chosen.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but our Game Studios are constantly testing new features and concepts and we believe that this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges and gaming elements in the future.
