How long does it normally take for King to respond?

I sent a question earlier today and have had no response so far. 
I have been stuck on level 1461 for ages now, almost at the point of quitting the game. 19 moves to kill Rancid and score 500.IMPOSSIBLE !!! I checked out You Tube, just to find the score had been doubled up to 500. Crazy!!! I now learn that the play of game has changed and people get daily rewards............When do i get them? Surely, everyone should get the same benefits of the game. I've played this game for years now, is there much point in me continuing? Have i got to do anything to get these rewards? Please advise before i quit.

---> It has been like that from long time!! If you are playing on PC, the Daily reward is there from long time! If you are on a Mobile device, probably this feature started a year ago or so!! I have reinstalled the game to my iPad only recently, hence not sure! But, I will check with the Community Team and get back to you on that also
4) Have i got to do anything to get these rewards? ---> If you are on a Mobile device, just make sure that you have installed latest updated version, which will enable you to receive any and all available features.
5) I've played this game for years now, is there much point in me continuing? ---> I am sure you are enjoying the game a lot, just like all of us! And you are at almost half way to the top! Would you really like to quit now and loose all those hours you spent with playing this game?
