Why am I not receiving and beans or lives. I used to receive them now I don't . I can send them but I don't get any back. I know people who say that they are sending them but I never see them.

I am playing on my phone. Its a Samsung Galaxy A5. I haven't had a problem before in getting beans or lives from people. This is something new that started. I can send lives. But can't receive lives or beans. I am starting to get low.
