Farm heroes takes a while to load on facebook

Google Chrome recently made flash non-loadable if you have hit the annoing
message about flash becoming obsolete

unless you go change the settings in chrome, it might never loiad in chrome again. No knowhow about the other browsers yet

I was asked if my wife has Flash or HTML5 version, sorry how do I do this query, there is something that my wife told me these days that maybe you can help me. She said that whenever she started playing she had to click on authorize and the last time she didn't click on that icon and since that day the problem started .. And now besides the problem continue, the game screen has decreased, it's very small, no I know but what to do ... The game takes hours to load and now the game screen has decreased ,,, although I do everything you guys passed me and nothing solved.

You say change the settings in chrome but you did not say which setting to change can you give me more info please.

We normally don't recommend playing on Safari so if we could try a different browser, that would be better. @Stormrider1, I understand you've already tried this so can you also try recomeving the game and install it back again? 

First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before. In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps: 

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

Now search for the game on Facebook and start playing.

@stinkyinky, the following page has a video that shows you how to enable Flash manually. 

@Edmilson, it sounds lie your wifes game might be running on HTML5 version and the game team is looking into making the game load faster but this will take some time. 

In the meantime, you guys can try removing the game and install it again on Facebook. 

First of all don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

I have not been able to play for about a month now, the game just stays on the screen that says Please bear with us while we are loading up the farm, and it never goes to the game.  I use Safari for my browser.  Any ideas?

To be honest, we do not recommend Safari when playing on games. Have you tried changing to another one?
