Game still does not open any level

in Support
SInce update I cannot play the game. I click on levels but do not open. Last time I emailed you, you replied that was going to be fixed and nothing. What can I do? Are you working on this or should I just delete the game from my pc and mobil?

    It sounds like you have the new HTML5 version and yes, Player Support has also informed that this is still being looked at. 

    In the meantime, you could try some recommended steps that we have here.
