So you're having loading issues with the game, is that what you're saying? 

As for not having any events. special events and extra features are available only during specific time frames and only for randomly chosen groups of players and devices from time to time.

If you do not see this special event in your game at the moment then rest assured it'll be coming your way soon in the future!

We'd like to reassure you that sometimes you'll have features that other players do not, so we try to make sure you won't miss out on the fun.

I'd love to be able to manually add this feature to your game, but I'm afraid here, we have no control over how these groups are selected or chosen.

Anyone else having problems beginning the new event? I cannot even start level 1.

That's exactly what I mean. I see it with the treasure chest, only I can not play the 1st level. It will not open. The player has understood.

@QueenB What you write does not agree 100% with us players. Because what you write has nothing to do with our problem. That's quite different. We would like to play it, only it does not open Level 1. As if it were just a picture and not functions. So we do not come to the box. I hope you understand it now!

 I would like to write it in my own language. Because the translations do not always work. I was able to play the 1st level today. I come in. Thus, the problem has been solved.
