The game don´t give me new lifes

Hi,first I must say to you.... sorry for my english!!!!!  I'm from Peru and I normally speak spanish.

Since a week ago, when I return to the laptop and load Farm Heroes, my lifes are zero (00). I refresh the game, F5,  but don´t work. Next day,I return to the game and the  trouble persist.
Tonight was worst.  I saw three lifes from my friends like gifts, but the game don´t give me gifts (lifes) from my friens, too.
.
Please, help

Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser or a different one? You can download them from the following links:

Thank you so much for your very fast answer. I will try these solutions, the first  will be clean cache memory of my laptop. I'm using windows 10 and navigator is Google Chrome
