Farm Heroes Saga Screen Has Shrunk on Laptop (Feedback has been shared with the Studio).

I've just logged-on to play a game of Farm Heroes Saga and my playing screen has shrunk, so much so it's almost impossible to play.

It looks like a 'mobile' screen.

OK guys...

Let us go back to when the first change was made which was switching the game from running on Flash over to HTML5 since Flash will soon no longer be supported.

This is still under testing and the feedback received from this change was that it was too big, too blurry and fuzzy as well as taking too long to load. You can read other player's comments here.

The Studio received the feedback and they've listened and has since then been working on improving the look of the game based on the feedback received.

The changes that you now see, is to improve the graphic so witching to portrait lets you see the better-optimized view and have a better gaming experience.

We'll continue to listen to your feedback, however, for the time being, the layout will stay as it is for now, until they can finish conducting the test.

Thank you again for your constructive feedback and thanks for your patience while this is being tested.

I just started playing the game recently so I can’t compare it to your experience but can you please confirm what type of device you are using and what version it is updated to? I have seen a few reports of the IMac being hard to see so wondering if that’s the case for you also! Thank you in advance.

I too have a shrunk screen. Apple did have an update this morning and I restarted computer and had no trouble using this app @10AMCentral Time. This evening logged in at 8:30PM CST and tried safari and chrome while I never could get Safari web-browser to get pass the final step to load. The graphics in the background show that it is a small screen on both web-browsers..... must be on your end or facebook. Good luck and have a nice evening / day! Bob

I like that I can play on several platforms all that used to be in sync. Now on my iMac Facebook, the game was recently upgraded and stops at level 2650 while it continues on my iPad. It also seems that the game on the iMac does not update automatically and I could not figure out how to initiate an update. Is there a problem with the iMac FB game? Thanks!

Hate the new layout of farm heroes today. It is so small on the screen I can't see the board and the rest of the computer screen is blank. Please put it back horizontal instead of vertical. Why do you feel the need to fix something that isn't broken

I too have a shrunk screen!! I can't even tell where my options are to use...shovel, etc. They aren't even on the screen!!! I've signed off and on at least 5 times with no luck! It's almost impossible to play....Please HELP!!!

Hello, how come I've had the phone version of Farm Heroes Saga on my computer for several weeks now and no longer the version I've always had? And why is it also taking a long time for the game to start?

hola karapajaca, según nuestros amigos aquí cumunidade me dijo, el flash player ya no estará en el juego a partir de enero de 2020, por lo que no vale la pena renovarlo, en mi caso, el juego mismo se actualizó y ahora es un poco diferente pero funciona, solo está cambiando y, a veces, tiene errores. Espero haber sido de ayuda ... un abrazo

@karapajaca you have been moved from the flash version as flash is ending so the game has to change. As far as I know if your facebook is in your own language, so should the game be

The CM will tell you that king don't support gameroom...I am not totally sure why, but she has to keep reminding me that too 🤣🤣 but it looks the same on facebook anyway. Thank you for coming to give us your feedback

Did you know there is a windows 10 app in the microsoft store? And its as it should be, no titchy screens

Hi welcome to the community. The studio are aiming for a compromise rather than a force, the feedback is not ...positive and they are usually pretty good at listening. They will need time to gather all feedback though

King studio has made this change as many players were complaining that the screen is too big, blurry and fuzzy!! They brought this change because they heard our feedback. The Studio team is only trying to please their players (us) and bringing changes.

They will listen to the feedback to this change too! Please please put this game back to its proper size i have problems with my eyes at the best of times and this game is getting smaller and smaller as others have said sort it please or you wont have anybody left to play it

No need to read further, this "fix" is not making many people happy, myself included. I will check back in a couple of more times in the next few weeks to see if it's become a size I don't have to squint to play, & if not oh well, there are lots of other match games

Hi. So, when will the testing phase for the smaller screen be over? It's very difficult to play the game. Never thought the big screen was bad. Loved it!

If I wanted to play on a small screen I would play on my phone. Bifocals just don't work on a computer screen. I can't see the game!

This is dreadful,,, my husband has Dementia and these games are good for him to play,,, now you have shrunk the game he cant see it so good so cant play,,, how much longer do we have to put up with this,,,,, people moaning because it took long to load,,,,, touch you are loosing players like this,,, please put it back xx

Can't access free lives from team
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
Lost my points
My game was accidentally removed. I pulled the app up and noticed my score dropped a couple thousand points! Why?? That is not fair!! I was almost @ 4000. I lost over 2000 points
