No internet connection

since yesterday the game has said there’s no internet connection so I’m not getting my daily bonus, any events or the honey harvest team. I play the game via the app on my phone. It is not connected to Facebook.

    Didn’t work. Fixed it by deleting the game app and reinstalling

    Thanks for confirming @LeaC!

    Can you please try the following on your device:

    - Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

    - Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

    - Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

    - Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.

    Hope this does the trick :)

    Yeah, reinstalling the game app usually fixes most issues so glad you tried that option and it worked :)
