Are you playing on a Mobile or a PC? If you are on PC, are you seeing a Black screen or error message and could not get into the game?

Hi , im playing on my P C and keep getting the message, something went wrong please reload, it has been 2 weeks now, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times , but still get the same message, I do have windows 10 and I have cleared all cache,0

Did you try to play the game on a different browser other than WIndows 10? May be on Chrome through Facebook OR if you do not want to log in with Facebook, then on King.com web site... here is the URL link for your convenience https://king.com/play/farmheroes
I think there is an issue on Windows 10!! But, let me make sure with the Farm Community In-charge

@Tupence, just like @PummyRaj recommended, try different browser, clear cache and if you happen to have access to Windows 10, try downloading the game from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/farm-heroes-saga/9nkmkxnqv2m8?activetab=pivot:overviewtab
Make sure you connect the game app once installed so you can continue where you left off. Please note that boosters and lives do not get synced as well as any extra challenge and extra feature competed.
