Great Gobble Event

It is happening with all. Just check you are viewing 1 or 2 the same event. Play that one showing you at correct level of the event, however you can play both and get rewards for both. Also check whether you are logged into your id.

Hello @luanchka Hearty Welcome to the Farm Heroes section of our friendly King Community  

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game with the special event!  You can try some simple trouble shooters and see if that resolves the issue.... it works most of the times in all the games...  

Force close the App --> Clear the cookies / cache --> restart the device after 2 minutes break --> connect to the WiFi and open the game.  This usually clears up all the glitches! 

And one important thing...  If you are playing on 2 devices, keep one device turned off and play on another one.  Otherwise, when you play on the other device when the lives are done on the first device, the levels won't be synced and it might cause the glitch too (personal experience)

I am sorry to say that I have not understood what you have suggested above.... 

1) what do you mean by "check you are viewing 1 or 2 at the same event"? 

2) When we lost the level in the event, how will it show the correct level for us to play again?  

3) what does it mean when you said "we can play both and get rewards for both"?  

If you don't mind, can you please explain those?  Thanks

@PummyRaj I thought it was regarding the events not about the regular levels. If it was about the regular levels simply the person is not logged into his id and required to login to his id. Many of getting same events twice on their android. If you start to play one of them, it proceed to further levels. At every third level cleared by you, you get some reward but the same time the same event showen on your device twice remain on level 1. One can play both the events simultaneously and may get double reward. See the screenshot of my device where I played both and got reward for that:

I can confirm that if you play something like the great gobble on two different devices this will happen. If you are logged into the same account on both devices, the normal levels will advance on both devices. But events are not synced. So you could complete the entire event on one device and be at the beginning on the other device.

Rancid Thanks for the info. May be what you said is correct. I will try to notice the above fact during the course of playing further Events. As you can see in above screenshot that the same events are being shown and both completed by me on a single device. I will not deny the fact that the event was also played by me on the farm heroes app downloaded from microsoft store but at the contrary I noticed that the mobile and the app downloaded on laptop were showing the same Levels played during the course for event one and 2. Means the levels of events also synced.
