Sometimes I have to log out, then force close the game, then log back in to get the events to appear. I may even have to do this a couple times. For example, Bonnie the Booster Unicorn event will be running, but when I log into the game, she does not appear. I log out. force close my application on my mobile device, then reopen and log in again. Bonnie the Unicorn comes back.
It happens frequently enough for me that I thought it might be helpful to comment. Good luck!

Do you happen to remember the name of the feature you're referring to as unicorn doesn't ring any bells to me 🧐
Sometimes extra features are removed from the game if they see if creates issues that will affect your gameplay. Here, we're not able to add/remove any feature from the game but we'll happy to pass on any feedback to the studio.

Can you make sure the game app is properly connected to your Facebook or King account or strong internet connection as your game needs to be connected for this feature to show up @Hadeer0101990.0 -
