I passed the Golden Egg level, but it says I ran out of time!

Hi there,

I passed the golden egg challenge with about 7 minutes to spare, and got credited 7 hours of unlimited lives. It congratulated me and told me to come back after the challenge had ended to get my share of the gold bars that were to be distributed among all who won. When I logged back in, it said I didn't return the golden egg in time and had run out of time. BUT I DID! I'm so frustrated - what can I do? Thanks!

Hi @danadobry and welcome to the community. 
Did you happen to notice when the date was to come back and get a share? Last time it was after the event finished and I think on my game its still running so I wouldn't worry too much about this. It also did it the last time we had an event too 🤦‍♀️ Once the event has ended (as it depends on how many people take part) if you still haven't had them, I will give you the contact link. I will also try to find the date out for you as well

@danadobry did you try coming out of the game and reopening it? I hear that might fix it?

@oyovwionos welcome to the community. I understand you are upset but using swear words and bad language is against house rules. 
Can I ask if you force stopped the game and went back into it? Don't worry too much yet, it did this last time and everyone got their rewards

@melissaolveda, the Gold Bars don't get paid out until the 19th of December so we have to wait.
