    I have finished that level with three stars, so I will do it again and get back to you within 24 hours.

    OK, there are four options. The first is to activate you companion to fill the water buckets. The second is to match cropsies next to the water buckets. The third is to use some shovels to break the blocks containing the water. The fourth option is to use all of the options.
