Hello @lele89 - I want to welcome you and your mother to this friendly community.  You are saying your Mother can't unlock the padlocks.  What level is she on?  The only locks I am aware of is if you get a chest and then you have a specific amount of time to get to the level where the key is so you can unlock the chest and get the key and the free booster(s) inside.
In the screenshot below - I have already got the chest, but now I have almost 3 1/2 hours to get to level 1505 to get the key and unlock the chest.

@bearwithme I think that @lele89 might mean roadblock. That are many others that had problem with that. That the clock never count down.

One thread is this Roadblock, not able to get past it. It says something in the thread that might help, but I´m not sure what really works. There are more threads about the same problem.

Do you mean a roadblock? This is where you can not continue onto the next level until it opens. If so, which level are you stuck at?
