I think he mean the crop sunflower. 

Trudy: u have to combine the seed with water to become grass. And the crop sunflower will smile when all the crops are in the grass. 

Trick: fill up the water bucket first in order to break the water from the ice. Then get the seed combine with water to become grass and get the sunflower to be in the grass for all the row of sunflower.

If this is what you mean @trudygg, you need to do just what @stan1981 suggested, match the Onion with a water drop to create grass.
