6 times i bought booster (shovels) for beans, took the beans but never gave me the shovels

It give 3 shovels with using 250 beans.

Condition: u can only use beans if u do not have shovels. 

So do u mean u use 250 beans, but no shovels is given to u? 

Can printscreen the pic?

yes it took 250 beans each time but no shovels, however when i reloaded the game i had the shovels so all good now
