I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the Shovel boosters you bought and also lost the Magic Beans you have used to purchase those boosters!!
Did it happen just now? Did you try to clear the cache and reboot the system? If not, try these steps:: Force close the App ---> Disconnect from WiFi ---> Clear Cache / cookies ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for 2-3 minutes ---> Connect to Internet ---> Log into the game and see if you receive the Shovels into your game!!
