Reload problem

Hii all,

 anyone that can help me with the oops i cant load screen....

I tried the FAQ help stuff 
the problem occures on the account of my wife.
I can load my account in HER computer , works good.  when try to open hers i get the OOPS thing
I can load my account on MY computer, works good, When i try to open hers i get the OOPS thing 

soo on different computers MY account works , her account does not.
I tried it on Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari on both computers and all the same...MINE works and HERS doesnt work 

I dont know where to look anymore to fix it...  If it was a flashplayer or browser issue i dont think it would respond with OOPS... on different computers...

Well, it sounds like you've tried pretty much what I would recommend you to try but there is still one more thing you can try the test and that is to remove the game form Facebook and install it again.

First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps: 

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

Search for the game on Facebook and start playing.
