@Olivia_Lim the best way to get your purchases sorted is to contact the team via this link
As the item is digital it is not subject to the same rights that physical items are, and in most cases you will be told by the app providor to go back to the place that you bought the add ons/boosters from which in this case @claudiawojtyla would be King. Who can then look into the account and reissue the boosters. Its the simpler way to do it as for all Apple know, you could have used the items and be saying you haven't. At least King can see on your account if boosters have or haven't been added or if they have been used 😊
