By any chance, did you contact the "Support" team from one of your games? If so, then they will send a ticket number as a reference to the complaint you have sent!
It means that, you don't have to explain about the issue each and every time you write to them and/or discuss with them. But, you can refer to that ticket number and they will know what you are talking about and/or bring in your complaint from their system!
