Hi the game suddenly changed and I lost thousands of beans and lots of friends - does anyone know what happened as I can't progress now

Flash is having issue, hence playing on PC does have several issues...

Are you playing on a mobile device?  It sounds like you might have logged out of the game! 

Please make sure you are logged into your game either through your Facebook account or Kingdom, and you will see all the Magic Beans and Boosters that were missing from your game
