HELP!!!!! My game is freezing

My game is freezing up no matter which device I log in on. It loads just fine until it gets to my harvest rush prize. It freezes on the opened gift. Although the top come off the gift, the prize never comes out and it stays stuck on that screen.

I did assume it was my phone, so I logged in on two other phones and it did the exact same thing.

This issue is occurring when I log in with my Gmail account. I have tried logging out and back in several times on three different phones with the same exact results.

I am logged in on an old device and it is working just fine. I haven't logged out on that device in a very long time. I'm afraid to log out now. That one is the same email but it is also connected to FB.

I don't understand a whole lot about these things. I don't know if it makes a difference but I want to make sure you've got all the information I can think of.

So have u collect the prize using the old device? If yes, u can try again on the new device

@MonicaKayLowe Can you check what gameversion you have on your phones. Both the one you have problem whit and the one that works.

If you not sure how to do that. On your phone go to settings. Then apps. There find farm heroes saga. On my mobile I just sroll down then the gameversion are at the buttom. If you don´t find it there click on storage. On my mobilen the gameversion are at the top.

The version I have at the moment on my mobile are 5.33.12 I can´t say if it the problem are in that version because I usually don´t get the prize in harvest rush.

Yes! Last week, there was an issue with the "Harvest Rush" prizes! Either the prize box shows up and stays there for a while and we are sent back to the game OR it is just like you said!

** Can you tell me something? You said your gift box has opened up, right? Did you notice the increase in your boosters or have you not paid that much attention? If you have received first prize, you should have received - one color collector, one +1 bonus and one Tractor booster.

If you did receive the prizes, it could be just a display glitch and nothing major!!

Anyway, I have already escalated this issue to our Farm game In-charge. Let me see what they find out about it. Since, they just came back from the weekend, they might have lots to take care of.

If there is nothing alarming from King side, we might have to contact the Player Support Team for our missing rewards!
